Mission Statement
The Mission of Penticton & District Community Arts Council is to increase and broaden opportunities for the public enjoyment of and participation in cultural activities, while working closely with all levels of government to address the cultural needs of the Community.
Arts Council Grants
Eric Hanston, president of the Penticton Arts Council presented a total of $9,135 to various arts groups in the community. Carmen Leier BC Registered Teachers Association, Pat Stephen Kiwanis Music Festival, Nathalia Mandaione Penticton Academy of Music, Marylin Barnay Okanagan Symphony Orchestra, Georgia Krebs Strings the Thing, Mary Rippin Childrens Showcase, Randy Manuel Okanagan School of the Arts, and Gerald Nadeau Penticton Concert Band
